Digital Products

Products sold through the Emma Deelight online store are digital products unless otherwise clearly stated. No physical product will be shipped.

Digital products are provided as downloadable files and are intended for personal use only.

Personal Use

Purchasing a digital product gives you permission to use that product for your own personal use.

You may not resell, redistribute, share, reproduce for commercial purposes, or claim any Emma Deelight or Deelight Studio product as your own.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in Australian dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.

Payment is required at checkout before access to digital products is provided. Payments are processed securely through our payment provider.

Digital Downloads

Customers are responsible for ensuring they have a compatible device and software capable of opening the file type described on the product page.

If you experience difficulty accessing or downloading your purchase, please contact hello@emmadeelight.com and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

Refunds

Because our products are digital, refunds are not generally provided for change of mind after a product has been downloaded.

This does not exclude any rights or remedies you may have under Australian Consumer Law. If a product is faulty, not as described, or there is another problem with your purchase, please contact us so we can help resolve the issue.
